Perfect for those days where you don’t feel like cooking but still need to eat!
In the ever-expanding world of health foods and meal replacements, Supergut Prebiotic Shakes stand out as a noteworthy contender. As someone who is always on the lookout for nutritious options that support a keto diet while also packing a punch in the protein and fiber department, I decided to give these shakes a try. Texture and Flavor: First impressions matter, and I was pleased to find that the shake mixes easily and has a smooth, creamy texture. I sampled the chocolate flavor, which struck a delightful balance between being indulgent enough to satisfy a sweet tooth yet not overly sweet—an essential quality for those steering clear of sugar. The taste is surprisingly good for a product without any sugar, making it a pleasant addition to my daily routine. Nutritional Profile: One of the standout features of Supergut is its impressive nutritional profile. Each shake takes a robust approach with high protein and fiber content, which is particularly satisfying for anyone seeking a meal replacement that keeps hunger at bay. The inclusion of prebiotics is an added bonus, promoting gut health—which is something I always look for in a product. This shake supports GLP-1 production, a key hormone in regulating appetite and blood sugar. For those on a keto diet or just looking to control cravings throughout the day, this aspect is incredibly beneficial. It feels like a well-rounded meal in a glass. Convenience: In terms of convenience, Supergut Prebiotic Shakes excel. They are easy to mix on the go, making them a perfect option for busy mornings or as a quick snack between meals. The packaging is user-friendly, and I appreciate that they are stored as powdered shakes—perfect for travel without worrying about refrigeration. Diet Compatibility: Being a keto-friendly food, it's effortless to incorporate these shakes into a low-carb lifestyle without derailing dietary goals. The absence of sugar aligns well with various diets, including keto, paleo, and gluten-free options, thus catering to a broad audience. Final Thoughts: Overall, Supergut Prebiotic Shakes deliver on their promise of being a high-quality meal replacement that is easy to enjoy. With benefits that stretch beyond immediate hunger satisfaction, the gut health support, protein punch, and fiber content make it a dynamic choice for health enthusiasts. Whether as a meal or a snack, these shakes provide versatility in a busy lifestyle. For anyone looking to enhance their nutrition without compromising on taste or health benefits, Supergut Prebiotic Shakes are well worth trying.

Go sloooooow starting out - these are great and work!
Okay, hear me out. Months ago I snagged one of the chocolate shake pouches from Vitamin Shop. Before I knew it I was hooked. First I thought I could move up from 1/2 scoops to 1 scoop, to 2 scoops all in one week and I got SEVERE bloating, gas, and cramping (no poop) - I have IBS-C. Gabe it a break and very very veryyyy slowly worked my way up to 1 1/2 scoops (I can’t do 2 it’s just too much on my gut). I saw the strawberry on Amazon and knew I’d love it - BOY WAS I RIGHT!!!! The thing with the chocolate and the coffee is that eventually it gets to be too much richness and sweet day after day. I now, three months in, find that the thought of the coffee shakes or chocolate shakes makes me want to vomit. GOOD NEWS?! No more sweets cravings, which I’ve always had baddddddd!!! I used to sneak chocolate bars before bed, add a ton of chocolate chips to all of my shakes (including this one), and eat loads and loads of peanut butter spoons dipped in chocolate chips. No more! I can finally go to bed without needing a sweet snack. Now let’s talk flavor, texture, all that stuff. Flavor - The strawberry hands down is my favorite, it’s light and refreshing and makes for a breakfast shake to look forward to that even the flavor gives me energy. Now hold on a second, because I do not regret starting with the chocolate and latte flavor because it did cure my sweet tooth. But they’re really really sweet (I used to love that initially!) Texture - It took me awhile to find a sweet spot here. I initially was blending too large of a shake which made it not flavorful. Each time I always added 1tbsp of peanut butter for texture. Smoothest shakes (based on my trial/error) 1/2 scoop - blend with 8oz of milk/ice 1 scoop - blend with 10-12oz of milk/ice 1 1/4 scoop - blend with 12-18oz milk/ice 1 1/2 scoop - blend with 18-24oz milk/ice I’ll note that I used the unsweetened vanilla almond milk. I also do tend to add a tbsp of keto chocolate chips and WOWWWWW it’s so so sooooo good. It really does keep me full for awhile. I tend to make it in the morning around 8am and then sip on it until 10am. I won’t eat again (and find myself eating smaller meals) until 1/2pm. This wasn’t typical before I started these shakes. All in all - they taste fantastic. Do not start with 2 full scoops, you’ll be so bloated. Start with chocolate if you have a sweet tooth. The strawberry is literally the best shake I’ve ever tasted. Please don’t ever get rid of the strawberry haha I haven’t noticed any changes in my IBS-C as far as bowel movements, or GI symptoms/flares. This isn’t a good or bad thing, just notating. But the GLP-1 benefits have for sure made a huge impact.

Tasty but bloating
I’m enjoying the taste of latte and regular chocolate but neither product mixes. It’s like drinking nesquick in the 90s where you get chunks of powder throughout the drink. I have been dealing with some terrible bloating since starting this, but I’m also on a medication switch so we shall see what happens by the end of the bag. It is pretty pricey for two weeks of product.

Tasty but texture
I like to mix protein powders into my coffee in the morning. This shake gave my coffee a weird texture and taste. I do feel like it makes me full and taztes better as a smoothie or on its own.
