What is the temperature of each of the settings?

My wife uses this for her back pain (DEGENARATE DISC ) and at the high setting finds it a little too hot so mainly uses number 8 but finds the high setting better for her shoulder as the pad wraps around to really get into the joint.

What is the hottest this gets? And can you fold it to use on neck? Thanks

The one I have is 20 by 50 inches. It covers my legs wonderfully and with the cost of electricity it must pay for itself in a week. It allows me to live nice and warm with my heating set low. If you instead to buy one just check to sizes. Some are like a scarf, ideal for neck pain.
