These coffins are finely crafted. The black paint is neatly applied and the closure on the side is mechanically fine, totally aligned. I lined the coffins with a bit of plastic wrap and placed white chocolate skeletons on a bed of candy corn inside. It really made a great gift for a Halloween birthday.

Well-made. Nicely sanded, no rough spots. Black paint is a matte finish. Paint was well applied, with no streaks or brush marks visible. Hinges are NOT high quality. However, since I noted that immediately, using a bit of “gentleness” with opening and closing; I had no issues. I utilized one for a gift at a themed event. Lined top and bottom with a bit of cotton batting and gift. Then used orange and white ribbon as a finishing touch. When the gifts were all placed on display my coffin was the first one chosen. Boom! Jackpot! This coffin was the PERFECT choice.

These are amazingly good quality for the price, certainly better than I expected. They look great, the paint job is perfect and covers the entire box, including the interior. The latch and hinges are not flimsy and hold well. These would be great as gift boxes or for Halloween crafts, and they are definitely high enough quality to use for spellwork.
