Amazing suitcase, very easy to move around and lots of space. Durable, lightweight and looks cool.
Everything feels well made with this case, it's of a really good quality. Considering the price is more at the reasonable end of the market. The case seems to take a beating too, I took this on a 23 hour journey to Hawaii and back - with 3 connections. I know it would probably withstand another few trips some day. It's very spacious inside, the compartments are also made in a way that makes it really easy to store all your requirements. The only reason I deducted 1 star, was for the locking mechanism, because it's sometimes a bit fiddly to get the two zips aligned back in to the lock when closing and locking the case. There's a knack for it, which most will figure out, but sometimes in a hurry it can be a little annoying. It's very lightweight for how tough it feels, so the materials used must be perfect. When it's really full and packed - the wheels are the star of the show! I suffer from a medical condition that gives me weak arms and legs, I fatigue out faster than other people and become very tired. This makes 23 hours of travelling hard on it's own, but the case at least took some of that effort out. I felt confident the case was solid the whole way too. I did see some bumps and scratching at the end of the journey, but the case is going through 3 airports, so that's to be expected. This case shrugs all that stuff off. This was easy to move through every airport and the wheels glide smoothly with no noise, handle is really solid and easy to extend/stow too. :)

Good all round suitcase
Needed a large suitcase for a seven day trip and of course old faithful in the loft turned out to be a 'medium'. Panicked last minute and got this delivered well within the week before departure. I normally like to look at the product before purchase especially because this wasn't cheap but I had little option because of the time restraints presented to me. On arrival I inspected the case and it seemed lightweight and flexible ie: not rigid. Within the case were several zip up pockets. The main compartments has straps and one was with a complete zip up cover. Easily stored seven days clothes, in fact brought too much. Once fully packed and zipped up seemed a robust item. Easy to pull along with casters and long extendable handle. Survived its first trip though a few scuff marks after being thrown around by baggage handlers and being on the conveyor belt when sorting. Fragile souvenirs inside were undamaged. Lock was easy to set....do write your combination down! Hope to have this for many years and may even buy another one for my wife. Okay, it is expensive but the old addage of you get what you pay for applies. So much easier then having a number of smaller bags whilst travelling. So far so good.

Great value for money
Great cabin lugguage, has smart storage compartments and elastication on both main compartments to hold items down. The colour is true to the pictures, and looks really smart with the silver and black trimmings. The only drawback for which it loses a star for, is that, whilst the telescopic handle is at its highest position, and whilst - as anyone would - holding it clenched within their palm and pushing the trolley on its four wheels, it's quite easy to push the button on the top of the telescopic handle so that the handle itself just automatically drops back in. It's quite frustrating because, if only they added a bit more weight onto that handle adjust button, this would have avoided making accidental pushing and therefore, preventing the telescopic handle from retracting back in again.

Not great!
I bought 2 large cases, this (Tourister) and a Kono Lightweight Polypropylene Hard Travel Suitcase at the same time from Amazon. After my second trip with the Tourister, the zip slightly popped. I thought, "It's only slightly popped and it's probably a one-off," but nevertheless, I picked up a couple of cheap straps for the next time I used it. After all I don't want to be one of those people with my smalls on display on the carousel I'm glad I did, as the zip completely popped this 3rd time of using. During the holiday, the handle also became very difficult to put back into a flush position, requiring lots of jiggery-pokery. I read somewhere that Samsonite owns Tourister, and that swayed my decision to buy it. In summary the zip pops with under 20kg of luggage in it and the handle will make you look an idiot at check-in when they ask you to put it on the scales and it takes you five minutes to retract it. I have kids, holidays and airports are stressful enough, this case adds to that. Don't do it. If you're looking for a recommendation, my other case—the Kono Lightweight Polypropylene Hard Travel Suitcase—is head and shoulders above this one in terms of build quality and has easily made it past the three trips the Tourister did and was cheaper.

Sturdy and well designed suitcase
Relatively light and easy to manoeuvre the medium size has plenty of space and convenient side pockets. It looks well made and built to last.

Tough but lightweight with a great lock and excellent wheels
I use this case as additional carry on luggage on short trips abroad, and as yet I've found nothing I dislike about it. It's tough (although it's not yet been subjected to the rigours of being put in the hold) but is lightweight enough to carry up and down escalators. There's plenty of storage inside for a case of its diminutive size, with zipped sections and pockets. I particularly like the locking system; the two metal tabs on the zips meet and fit into the combination lock with a reassuring click. The wheels appear strong and highly manoeuvrable so weaving your way through airports presents no problems. If I had one slight reservation I'd say the extending handle seems rather lightweight and has a bit of play in it, but having said that it's holding up fine, so that concern might be misplaced. All in all I'm really pleased with this case and have no hesitation in recommending it.

Generally robust and light but the zip is the weak point
We've had this for 2 years and it has done approx 10 flights and 2 years moving children in out of uni. Overall the wheels held up but the zip is the weak point and the teeth split at one of the corners. Unfortunately the warrantee is only 2 years. My hard shell Samsonites (no zip) have survived 15 years and still going.
