Outstanding Device for operating the TV
An excellent remote that started to work just after the two xxx batteries were inserted. Also the $price is lower than a similar one from Best Buy and it does all functions that the Best Buy does

Great product
Works very well

Not to bad for the price.
They work quite well; however, the buttons on the small circular pad are quite stiff. The commands also take a few extra moments to respond, unlike the original controller, which didn’t have those delays when operating.

Great back-up or replacement remotes
Two-PACK Universal Remote Replacement for Samsung Smart TVs — Reliable, Streamlined, Complete What arrived: Two identical universal infrared (IR) remote controls designed for Samsung Smart TVs—including 4K UHD, QLED, OLED, Curved, Frame, and various other models. Each includes shortcut buttons for popular streaming services like Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, and sometimes “WWW” or web browsing. No app pairing or programming needed—pop in batteries and you’re set. Quality & Feel These remotes feel light and ergonomically friendly, sliding easily into your hand. The buttons give a satisfying click and are large enough to hit without peeking. That said, while they lack the soft-touch finish of Samsung’s solar-powered originals, they make up for it with simplicity and comfort. Compatibility & Setup These remotes are IR-based and boast staggering compatibility—they work with an impressive list of Samsung models, spanning the 6-series all the way to the latest Neo QLEDs, OLEDs, even 8K sets. If your TV answers to a BN59-series remote (e.g., BN59-01312, BN59-01259), chances are it’ll respond to these replacements. Setup couldn’t be simpler. No pairing, no code entering—just insert two AA batteries and you’re good to go. Feature Highlights • Two remotes in one package—handy backup or for multi-room setups, becuase my kids constantly break or lose our remote. I hide these as replacements so I always have one. • Dedicated streaming buttons—Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, and occasionally a generic web button—bring you directly to your favorite services. • Long IR range—up to 30 ft (about 9 meters), so no need to point perfectly. What Works Well • Instant usability—with no setup pains, they’re a breeze for anyone, tech-savvy or not. • Great backup split—when one gets lost or drained, you’ve got a spare ready. • Reliable performance—very responsive, with predictable button behavior and no ghost presses. Minor Grumbles • Batteries not included—you’ll need to grab a pair of AAs. • No voice assistant, Bluetooth, or fancy solar charging—so you won’t get the eco-credit points, but hey, IR is pretty solid if you don’t mind pointing. (Plus, skipping voice actually boosts simplicity.) • Some remotes may not include Hulu specifically—it depends on the seller/model. Netflix and Prime are more consistently featured. ⸻ Pro Tips Slide a sticker on one remote to differentiate them—kitchen vs. living room, one for daytime guests, the other strictly for cozy nighttime streaming. Stock up on rechargeable AA batteries if you want to stay eco-friendly. If your TV is solar-remote-only (super rare), these IR replacements still work—but it’ll reset the behavior of your remote. Bottom Line These universal Samsung remotes are refreshingly no-fuss replacements. They’re comfy, IR-reliable, and shockingly compatible—even with the fanciest 2025-era sets. Two in the box extends your utility, and the hotkeys for streaming make navigating fast and fun. Not a smart hub replacement, but for tensely pointing your couch real estate? They’re a small wonder.

Highly recommend
My new puppy got a hold of our original Samsung TV remote and we were no longer able to use it. Found these, got them the very next morning and they are great! I really love that you don't have to do any special programming. We just popped in the batteries and it works perfect! And I couldn't beat the price for a 2-pack. Having an extra one on hand just in case. Highly recommend.

Negative Review Summary
The Bottom Line: This remote is an unreliable, low-quality replacement that fails to meet basic modern standards. While it physically resembles the original Samsung remote, the internal technology and build quality are severely lacking. Key Issues & Product Failures: Poor Connectivity & Range: The remote relies on outdated Infrared (IR) technology rather than Bluetooth. Users report it will not function from a standard couch distance (10–12 feet). You often have to stand up or lean forward significantly just to get a signal to register. Glitchy & Unresponsive Buttons: Buttons lack sensitivity and often require multiple, forceful presses to work. This makes scrolling through apps or menus a frustrating experience, frequently resulting in selecting the wrong channel or setting. Some users even reported a "squeaky" sound when pressing the buttons. Major Design Flaws: * Battery Housing: The compartment is difficult to open, and multiple buyers reported that batteries do not stay seated, literally falling out of the device. Physical Defects: Some units arrived defective right out of the box or stopped working shortly after. Compatibility Issues: Despite the model number, it struggles to pair or function correctly with newer QLED and Smart TVs.

I bought this as a backup for my OnePlus TV. Since it's an Infrared (IR) remote, it worked the moment I put the batteries in—no need to mess around with Bluetooth pairing or "searching for accessories" in the TV menu. Build Quality: The plastic feels sturdy and the buttons have a good tactile "click" to them. Performance: The IR range is solid. I can operate the TV from about 10-12 feet away as long as I have a clear line of sight to the bottom of the screen. Functionality: All the hotkeys (YouTube/Netflix) work perfectly. Note that this is a non-voice version, so the Google Assistant button won't work, but for basic channel surfing and app navigation, it’s exactly what I needed. Final Verdict: Great value for money if you don't care about voice commands and just want a remote that "just works."

Very cheap quality plastic. Buttons gets stuck. Many keys don't work. And on top there is no refund. only replacement. What do we do if we don't want a replacement of such cheap product.

I would suggest to not buy this remote, does not come with any information on setup or what TV it support or system requirement. You would not be able to return it later.
