The process and the seller are fine, the product itself is underwhelming unfortunately, with more time spent re-tuning it and getting it to drive or drift smoothly than actually enjoying it. Basically it will start off fine for about 20-30 seconds of play and then it will start 'wobbling' and steering left and right continuously. Then it is more tuning and setting of trim and testing... Frustrating to say the least, with a not very informative support page.
