Jeacent 3"W 11.3Ft PVC AC Line Set Cover Kit Tubing Cover for Mini Split, Central Air Conditioner, Heat Pump

This was a great deal for the money as you can not find this at any hardware stores. The quality of the material is well made. This is my second time I ordered this when I installed my mini split AC unit. Very easy and very functional while.

Well built, easy to use

My kit is made of good quality material which is NOT brittle, cuts well on a table saw and looks very nice. The only 1 star rating said it was of "poor quality, cheap and brittle." Drawbacks - no screws included to mount it to the wall and the 3" kit is a snug fit for what I was using it for. I enclosed an insulated 5/8" and 3/8" line, a power cable and 7/8" drain hose. A true "sweep" elbow would make it a perfect kit.

I needed a line set cover that I could paint to match my house. I hate the look of exposed line sets! This was cheap and seemed to fit the bill, so I gave it a shot. It is a bit light weight, but, it's not something that is under repeated use, so it really doesn't need to be. Generally if the line set is run well, you really shouldn't ever need to be in it again. I painted it with some adhesion promoter first and then some rattle can acrylic enamel that matches my house trim. Took the paint well and looks great. I've had it up for about 4 months in Oklahoma sun, wind and hail and still looks good. We'll see in a couple of years how it looks.

This Line Set Cover works great. Simple to install on existing lines. I used a little silicone to seal the top cap to the wall. The kit comes with some screws for the top cap, middle connector and bottom piece. It looks and works good. Paint it for protection and to match the house.

Its virtually impossible to find this type of product in a brick and mortar store anywhere, believe me I tried. So apart from the joy of finding it on Amazon the other plus points are it does the job well and makes the end result look pretty professional. Plenty of room for the pipes that it’s designed for in a split AC Lineset main run. Only negative is that it’s only about 12 ft long whereas the minimum lineset is 16 ft from what I can gather. All in all good value and pretty simple to install. Would recommend you drill two holes every few ft and attach cable ties , then you can secure the copper Freon lines and they won’t knock the cover off If you found this helpful, please hit the helpful button

I wish the 90deg elbow provided was adjustable. If it was adjustable it would make it easier to ensure that the drain line could be make to fall down hill in the horizontal portion of the run. I think it would also be better if the straight sections had a few holes for fastening the sections to the wall. Clearly, you can drill your own holes, but it would be nice if they were made into the sections and were reinforced within the section at that point.
