Product Description HIGH5 ZERO is a light and refreshing sugar-free electrolyte drink with zero calories that makes it easy to stay hydrated throughout the day. When you sweat, you lose vital minerals so it’s important that they are replenished. With key electrolytes tablets (sodium potassium magnesium electrolytes) ZERO gives you what water can’t. The magnesium in ZERO contributes to electrolyte balance, whilst also supporting muscle protein synthesis. These hydration tablets with electrolytes are designed to be taken BEFORE, DURING and AFTER exercise and to rehydrate in hot weather. Manufacturer Contact Information HIGH5, Sea View Way, Brighton, BN2 6NT, UK Review: Very good - Satisfied Review: I bought this to help with cramps I was experiencing as a side effect of medication, possibly linked to increased water intake. I’d read that keeping electrolytes topped up might help, and wanted something reasonably priced to try without committing to a huge tub. The taste is pleasant - light blackcurrant flavour that reminds me a bit of squash. It’s not overly sweet, which I personally prefer. Dissolves well in water with no noticeable residue left at the bottom of the cup. I usually add one tablet to around 700ml of water, give it a quick stir, and it’s good to go after a minute or so. In terms of effectiveness, I can’t say I feel dramatically more hydrated, but I do find it easier to drink than plain water, and the cramps I was experiencing have eased, which is what I was hoping for. I’ve been using one a day at home, but the tube packaging makes it easy to take on the go if needed. The lid can be a bit fiddly to open sometimes, although that may partly be down to me having long nails rather than an issue with the tube itself! Overall, I think these are good value and a handy option if you struggle to drink plain water or want a simple way to add electrolytes without anything too overly sweet.

Lovely taste to these, and excellent value for money. Doesn't take long to dissolve, good when you're feeling dehydrated

Really pleased with the High5 Electrolytes Tablets (Berry). They mix super easily in water with no chalky bits, and the flavour is nice and subtle—not too sweet or overpowering, just refreshing. Perfect for workouts or hot days when you need a quick electrolyte boost. My water actually tastes nice now, which makes staying hydrated a lot easier!

The flavor is gustatorily overwhelming. They take a while to dissolve and leave powdery stuff in the water. They make the pressure in my head feel lifted, so not sure if that means they are hydrating.

Picked up the HIGH5 ZERO Electrolyte Tablets (with Vitamin C, 0 calories) and they’ve become one of those “always keep a tube nearby” essentials. They dissolve quickly in water and taste genuinely good — light, refreshing, and not overly sweet or salty like some electrolyte drinks can be. No weird aftertaste either, which is always a bonus. What really makes them useful is how convenient they are. Just keep a tube in your bag, grab a bottle of water when you’re out and about, drop one in, and you’ve instantly got a proper hydration boost without carrying bulky drinks around. I’ve found them especially helpful when feeling a bit run down, dehydrated, or when a headache/migraine is creeping in. Staying properly hydrated makes a noticeable difference, and these make it easy to actually do something about it. The fact they’re zero calories is great too — all the benefits without the sugar overload you get from a lot of sports drinks. If you want something simple, effective, and easy to use for hydration on the go, these are a great option. Five stars. Convenient, great tasting, and surprisingly useful — far more than you’d expect from a fizzy tablet.
