Beachbody 80 Day Obsession Resistance Loops 9" Set of 3: Loops come in three resistance levels (light, medium, and heavy).

I have used lots of resistance bands. These are the smallest I have found in diameter and therefore the tightest. I realise now that all bands eventually lose their resistance but these are great when following Beachbody programmes. Much easier to pick up the blue or green band , as instructed, rather than working out the equivalent. I will replace these bands and buy again when needed.

There's a lot of hype about these bands, however I returned mine. They aren't very wide - about 2 inches, and they weren't strong enough for me. I feel they're overpriced for what they are and have bought again some bands I got off here before for half price, only because I want a back up pair. 2 stars is for fast delivery!

Stronger then a lot of the bands I have used before. Still would recommend getting more then one set no matter what the brand
