Great customer service
I bought two of these watches for my grandchildren for Christmas. My 3 year old grandson was delighted with his. Unfortunately, the watch stopped working in early February. I contacted the seller and within two weeks a new watch arrived. I appreciate their quick response to my complaint.

Awful product. Don't order.
Watch quit working within a week of using. Returned, and got a replacement sent back to us, and same thing happened again. Waited 2 month for a replacement, nothing arrived. ended up canceling order and purchasing elsewhere. Would not recommend.

Lacking quality- longevity
Great product for kids- when it lasts! Purchased three from same company. This purple version no longer powers up in spite of all day charging. 5 days past the 1 month refund exchange window. Battery or chip appears lacking in quality- faulty.
