I'm in graduate school and this period has been such a challenge for me. I had become extremely negative and dealt with depression like I've never experienced before. They were packaged REALLY well in a box with bubble wrap and packing peanuts and arrived earlier than expected, BUT these pills are huge. I don't have a problem swallowing pills, but these require a very large gulp of water. 4 pills is the recommended daily dose. 2 pills twice a day. UPDATE: the pill size actually hasn't been as much of an issue as I expected. The smooth coating making them slick when wet so they glide down easily. As far as the effect, I actually think they're making a difference! I'm always skeptical of supplements and most really don't do anything, but since I started taking these a week or so ago I've felt a lot calmer. Life is stressful right now and it's relieving to take the edge off. Placebo or not I'm going to keep taking them daily.

I won't rate this low because it took 15 days to get to my house when it said it would take 2. I suffer from OCD, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Yeah...I know. I'm a mess, but I'm trying like heck not to go on synthetic medication. I took these for a month and believe it truly helped me feel normal. Now that I've been without these for 10 days longer than I expected, I can feel the anxiety and depression bubbling up again. If you're going to take these, make sure you have the second bottle ready to go before you run out. Great product TERRIBLE delivery time.
