My husband is in love with his new knife. The only thing he doesn't like is that the sides are completely smooth so food sticks to the sides a lot while slicing. It is a good hefty weight, really sharp, and very high quality.

Quality item, not very well designed, it is an awkward knife but does a good job. Blade is heavy duty and sharp. I would not purchase another one that is designed like this, hopefully I will get used to it.

Great feel and easy to handle

This professional chef's knife is a welcome addition to my kitchen collection. The blade is pre-sharpened, and requires at most a few swipes with a honing rod and quick rinse before use. The arc of the blade is comfortable for the customary rocking motion used in mincing, and the curved shape of the haft fits even my fairly small hands nicely with a finger-stop large enough to prevent fingers from sliding up the haft into the cutting area, with several inches behind my hand to accommodate a larger grip. The knife is overall lighter than I expected (I rather like a heavier knife - personal preference), and the balance is off for me, but as I mentioned, my hands are on the smaller side even for a woman. I wear either XS or S cooking gloves. I can only guesstimate, but I think the balance would be fine for most persons with larger hands. Purchased this for purely because of the warranty, i cook everyday and my knife either go dull very fast or get rusty, and i dont feel like using them. Now this is not as sharp as one of the japanese knife i have in kitchen arsenal, but it is sharp enough for basic things but i wouldnt cut meat with this knife. However knife does seem to have some weight to it, which makes it easy to work with in kitchen. Now i really hope it last me for at least 6 months if it does, in my book it will pay for itself or more.

This is a well-made and sleek kitchen knife. I'm not a chef but the knife isn't that heavy but still has a nice balanced weight to it, and the handle feels comfortable in my hand. It is really sharp and slices cleanly. It is also easy to wash because it is just one full piece of metal so food can't get stuck in the edges/crevices like in the case of a conventional knife with a wooden handle. The knife is on the wide side so it didn't fit in my wooden block, so that maybe something I will look into next.

I bought this knife for my mother. I like the fact that the knife is sharp and helps in even cutting of vegetables or meat. The handle is made of stainless steel and easy to hold. The knife does not seem heavy and since i have a knife sharpener, i can sharpen the knife in the future if need be.

Rusts easily. Shaped like a chef's knife but handles like a Chinese cleaver. Not bad at getting through bone but not for delicate work at all. The blade of knife is anti cirrosion with sharpness and pin pointed edge. Easy to use because of its wide blade which is centered over bloster. The length of knife is very good for chopping big vegetables and fruits. The price is very worthy comparison to quality if design .
