first off I would like to know that the tablet itself is well built with quality materials and seems sturdy when mounted properly. That being said it is basically a locked android tablet at a significantly increased price. The functionality is there, with easy set up and quick integration with Google account, it is simple and convenient to set up and sync. However, the value for the money just is not there as there are several other offerings in this space, at a microfraction of the price in many cases. Then there is also the dynamic of the subscription based functions, and for this reason plus the fact that this is a very niche item in an even more niche market, I cannot recommend this product at the price point. It is offered at.

I’ve been using this 10-inch touchscreen meeting room scheduler for quite some time in an office setting, and it has streamlined how shared spaces are managed throughout the day. Mounted outside a conference room, it provides clear, immediate visibility into room availability without needing to check a separate system. In real-world use, the touchscreen is responsive and easy to navigate. The display is bright and legible from several feet away, which makes quick status checks effortless. The highly visible LED ring is especially useful, clearly signaling whether the room is available or occupied without needing to approach the screen. The plug-and-play PoE setup simplifies installation significantly. Running both power and data through a single Ethernet cable reduces wall clutter and eliminates the need for nearby outlets. Once connected, the device integrates smoothly into scheduling workflows and operates reliably without frequent adjustments. Build quality feels professional and purpose-built for commercial environments. The housing is sturdy, and the screen sits flush against the wall for a clean, modern appearance. It complements office décor rather than looking like an improvised add-on. Day-to-day usability is strong. Updates reflect quickly, and the interface remains consistent and stable. The LED status indicator improves hallway communication, helping prevent interruptions during meetings and minimizing scheduling confusion. One small trade-off is that optimal performance depends on proper network configuration during initial setup, so coordination with IT may be helpful. Overall, this meeting room scheduler delivers clear visibility, streamlined installation, and dependable performance, making it a practical upgrade for organized and efficient shared spaces.

After spending some time with this device at my desk, I’ve landed somewhere in the middle with my opinion of it. From a physical standpoint, it’s actually quite nice. The tablet feels solid, the housing is sturdy, and it clearly wasn’t designed like a fragile consumer tablet. The wall-mounting approach and PoE support are genuinely convenient, especially in an office environment where running power outlets isn’t ideal. Once mounted, it looks clean and professional. Where things start to fall apart for me is the value proposition. Under the hood, this feels like an aging Android tablet with modest performance and a display that’s fine but nothing impressive. Touch response is acceptable, but there’s noticeable lag, and the screen doesn’t have the sharpness or viewing angles I’d expect at this price point. It works, but it feels dated. It doesn’t have a battery, so it must stay plugged in at all times. It comes with no written instructions on how to use it or set it up, and I had a LOT of issues trying to just get it connected to wifi. There is a user guide you can reference on the tablet once you have it connected, but you have to be connected to the internet to get them and that was the very first challenge off the bat. The biggest drawback, however, is the software model. To really use it as intended, you’re pushed toward a subscription, and I personally don’t see enough benefit there to justify paying ongoing fees on top of an already expensive piece of hardware. Because of that, I’m not using it as a conference room scheduler at all. Instead, I’ve repurposed it as a simple cubicle name placard, which honestly feels like an underwhelming use for something this costly. I use a background image that I customize with my name, title, and office hours and will update it for when I am out of office or on vacation (I blurred out my name in the photo I included). As I previously mentioned, documentation is minimal beyond mounting, and the overall experience doesn’t feel polished enough to justify the premium pricing. If you absolutely need a dedicated, wall-mounted tablet with PoE and don’t mind the subscription model, this might make sense. For everyone else, especially those just looking for basic scheduling or display functionality, it’s hard not to feel like you’re paying far more than you’re getting. I unfortunately cannot recommend this scheduling tablet, and it's only two stars from me.
