This is a very reasonable price for an entire year's supply of multivitamins. The ingredients seem pretty standard, and while theses might not have every single ingredient that some other multivitamins have, these still seem like a good deal. I haven't had any issues so far after taking them for a few weeks.

The label is very small print, and because it's an import from the UK it only has how much of each thing is in the pills and not a comparison to RDA. If I'm reading the labeling is correct, this contains a pretty massive dose of Vitamins B6, B12, and D3, and a modest dose of Vitamin C, as well as various other vitamins. Unfortunately, the pills don't specify how much calcium, magnesium, etc are in them.These seem like a decent buy, and for 365 pills per bottle it's quite affordable. However, the labeling is a bit opaque and in such fine print you'd need a magnifying glass to read it. Makes it difficult for me to compare this to other products.

I feel like I'm taking little aspirin when I take this vitamin. They are tiny tablets that are very easy to swallow. You might be tempted to just take multiple tablets, however, the directions say: "take one tablet daily... do not exceed stated dose."My gripe is that it looks like it covers a lot by saying A->Z. But when you take away the B vitamins, there isn't really that much left.

I am a full fledged celiac patient and my body has zero tolerance for gluten. I can attest that these are absolutely gluten free. Not that other multivitamins aren't, but this bottle doesn't specifically state that. There are a lot of tablets here... 365. A year supply (for one person). Now these aren't a "complete" multivitamin. They don't have everything in them. But that's also while they aren't HUGE. These are very small. Great for people with swallowing issues. A lot of vitamins have a funny smell to them. These have none of that. The tablets aren't coated, but there is no funny taste either. The big things I see missing in these are calcium and iron. But calcium is one of the things that adds a lot of size to vitamin tablets. If you need extra calcium you'll have to take that separate. And the iron is necessarily a bad thing either. Many people don't want or need iron. This would be perfect for them. I didn't see where it said it didn't have iron in it, but many other vitamins without it would specifically state "without iron". All in all. A good deal on a year's supply of a small multivitamin (as long as the calcium & iron issues aren't a deal killer for you).

I like to take a multivitamin to help fill in any gaps in my nutrition. These pills are small, and remind me of baby aspirin. As others have mentioned, this product is made in the UK so the labeling is different. The bottle has enough for an entire year which is amazing! Makes me wonder if we in the US add a lot of fillers to make ours bigger? No adverse reactions. No complaints.

It doesn't have any nasty aftertaste and hasn't caused me any stomach upset, though I do take mine at night because I'm prone to stomach upset from vitamins. This isn't a complete multivitamin, but it is packed with a large number of essential vitamins to help fill that gap where we lack from nutrient deficient diets. The fact that one bottle is an entire year supply is incredible, and this bottle is an average sized bottle that's easy to store. It's nice having a multivitamin on hand that I can actually consistently take with ease.

Super like the ease of taking this multivitamin. One small tablet a day assures I'm getting a good array of B vitamins and various other vitamins to boot. No aftertaste either! The jar contains 365 tablets, enough for a year. The expiration date is Jan 2026 - perfect. Happy to add this Newgate A-Z multivitamin to my daily regime.
