Really enjoyed using this PB powder. It blends well and gives a good peanut butter flavour while being low in calories and high in protein, which makes it very easy to fit into daily meals. Please pay attention to what you eat!
People please pay attention to what you eat! Not everything with low calorie is good. Just ask yourself how can you get the fat out of peanuts and the answer would be by either hexane based chemical extraction of the oil or by pressing and extracting the oil. If it is latter then still some oil is retained after pressing and to get completely dry powder hexane is used even after pressing to extract the remaining oil to have a dry powder. Now what remains is generally used as a cattle feed as most of the nutrition is stripped off plus there is a fair chance that there is presence of hexane in it unless it is accompanied by a trustworthy lab test report confirming zero hexane trace. I am sure we are smart enough to search online what hexane can do to humans. This is my opinion and I am happy to be corrected, but for myself I wouldn't eat anything which is chemically treated even if it is within set tolerable limits, it still affects health. Please do your own research to form an opinion.
