Really like this little machine. I thought it was too lightweight to work for me, but I was really surprised how well it worked. I used it all day to make a large batch of dog food. I liked the manageable size, easy to clean, small footprint with enough power to get the job done. It warns not to grind frozen fruit, so ice is out. But I have had much larger and way stronger machines fail at ice. I really love, love, love this machine for convenience an ease of use.

I love this little machine: it saves a lot of time when I’m doing a lot of cutting—big meals, parties, canning. The multiple blades are somewhat small looking, however, very sharp and efficient. I like that there are two bowls and a set of blades and lid for each bowl. Loudness is as one would expect, it’s built to last. One problem is that it works so well, there’s a learning curve gauging how long to press the button as it cuts really fast. I have bought many of these as gifts—all recipients have told me they love it and use it frequently. I was tempted to give it 4 stars because I wish they had a bigger one for the rare occasions that I do a lot of cutting like canning season. But the product works so well it deserves a 5.

The best part is the bowls are not plastic, one is metal, one glass, only one lid though and cant use to store in fridge. For the price the bowls are just a tad on the small side, but blades (comes with 2) are sharp and definitely gets the job done. It’s a 3++, or a 4-, should be cheaper for a solid 4

I love this. So simple and easy to use and clean up. I have done away with my big food processor. I do my cabbage for slaw, and all my chopping onions, peppers, and nuts. It has plenty of power. It stores well, washes in dishwasher, blades are sharp and it has a glass and stainless steel bottom.

I Have a big kitchen aid food processor for years, It works really good, durable, I have no problem for years & heavy duty works . Then I was thinking to get a smaller food proccesor for small daily use. And get one of these on last February 2024. At first it works really well, but then on May 2024 suddenly it doesnt work anymore. It just stop working after several use, I dont even use it for any hard or heavy duty, only for chopping some vegetables. It was such a waste of money. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT I

UPDATED REVIEW: So as I mentioned before, I love love this food processor. Unfortunately, my husband placed both lids in the dishwasher and they warped which caused the processor to be unusable. I contacted customer support to see if I could get two new lids. Today I received an entirely new food processor! They went WAY above what I ever expected. I just wanted two new lids. I stand by my review, this is the best processor and now customer support. I have owned quite a few food processors, and I have to say by far, this is the best!! It’s quiet, and chops so fast and evenly with just a few pulses. I’m glad I took a chance to get away from buying the more known brands like I always have. Highly highly recommend it!

I love the design of this type of food processor, the up side down machine part is a great invention. There is no cracks for build up when food get stuck during processing like traditional food processor. The 2 bowls are well made and very handy. I had a small portion of meat to process and it took a while to get it to the creamy texture. Upon opening the lid, I felt the warmth coming from the bowl, this is not good for meat. Looking at the max line for meat, it barely hold 8 ounces in 1 bowl. For bigger project, I can't use this machine and I don't want my meat cook while processing it. Good design, keep improving.
