Chip arrived next day. Chip was easy to install and worked first time. I have got lots of extra sheets printed with no apparent deterioration in quality of the prints. The drum seems to have lots more life in it. There is an offer of a 2nd reset chip, if you send back the one you took out of the printer and this arrived very promptly too. So when the time comes to extend the life of a 2nd drum, I am well prepared.

Great product it works and telling everyone about this this is a great money saver and easy to fit, followed the instructions word for word and I'm a 64yr old and female, I even surpassed myself at how fast I was able to remove and fit another nice thing is you can email them to return the chip replaced and they replace with another free.

It arrived promptly and it really works on my CPL325W. The instructions are a little vague though and you need to use a little imagination. The new insert was a little over sized and had to be forced in. I don't plan to keep the printer long, but such was my stock of toner, remedy was a good decision.

This is the first time I have done this and I really didn't believe it would work. But it does and I'm delighted. How long it will last I don't know but I would recommend that it's worth giving it a try.

Works just as described. Very simple and easy to fit. Very happy with this, will be getting more of them.
