Walker Edison Nora Modern Minimal Open-Shelf TV Stand for TVs up to 90 Inches, 80 Inch, Dark Walnut

Bought the 80" to support our new TV. This was the only stand we really liked the look of but we were hesitant from reviews. So glad we bought it, this thing rocks - definitely gonna look into more Walker Edison furniture. The thing is particle board, which was expected, but it looks so nice and the structure is way sturdier than any other Amazon furniture we've bought in the past. Absolutely no worries about it supporting the weight of the TV. Other reviews mentioned scratches/damages, I think they've fixed what caused those issues since we had extra particle board pieces labeled specifically for packing purposes. I think half the weight of the box was protective packaging lol. There were also complaints about assembly, but I thought this was the easiest to follow thing I've ever put together. It does have a lot of steps and bits and pieces but it built together so well and I love that boards were numbered per assembly section rather than as pieces that look the same. Love the cable management system and the small treads on the bottom of the legs have no danger of popping off or causing scratches to our hardwood like other furniture we've bought. If you're on the fence, buy it. Great bang for your buck.

Looks good but very hard to assemble. A tremendous amount of parts, you’ll have parts all over the place. Assembly is treacherous and poor instructions will result in errors that must be addressed. Instructions are basically sketch’s with leaving out important details. Two videos can be found on YouTube for a couple of procedures but even those videos skip over important details concerning assembly. I suggest buying 1 inch self stick furniture sliders and gorilla glueing the sliders to the 7 legs. You’ll need 7 sliders. This allows the large heavy tv stand to be slid around on carpet. I gave this 5 stars only because once assembled this looks pretty good and an affordable option for a tv stand that can hold very large big screen TVs. My tv is 85” and it fits. However, the depth of the top surface is only 15 inches. Some very large big screen TV foot brackets are over 15 inches in depth. They will overlap the top surface. Measure tv legs depth carefully before buying.

My kids absolutely love throwing their junk on this as soon as they walk in the door. It's immediately forgotten about. Stacks junk pretty well! But honestly, it does look pretty good....especially for the price.

Surpassed expectations. The tv stand is great height, width, and dept for my 75" tv. Assembly instructions are easy to follow Table feels very sturdy, not a single wobble. Would recommend. It looks great

This TV stand isn't worth your time or money. First of all, the boards arrived scratched and cracked. Second, the instructions were incredibly confusing and none of the pieces fit together properly. Screw holes were misaligned and we were required to place screws where no holes existed. It took us almost 7 hours to put this together and the finished product is not at all what we wanted. The doors do not close all the way and are not flush with the rest of the TV stand. In addition there's a massive gap on the top of the stand. It's extremely obvious and makes this brand new piece look completely used and beat up. I was hoping that with all the time and effort it took to put this together, it would at least come out nice. I waited a long time to buy a TV stand since we moved and I'm upset this is the one I decided to purchase. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Very important to know what this is not: this is NOT a heirloom type piece of furniture. What this is, is a great execution of repurposed wood particles glued together with a thin faux walnut like laminate finish on the 20 pieces that when assembled will provide you with a mid century media piece that punches considerably above its weight in terms of functionality and looks. Don’t get me wrong, this is a very sturdy and heavy piece of kit that will require the UPS delivery person to use their muscles to get it out of their truck and into your hands. You will be advised to have it placed near the location you have in mind and to have set aside ample time and elbow grease for its assembly. Don’t be discouraged by the poor reviews complaining about damaged or missing parts; based on my experience these are the outliers, the exception type experiences that are not really worthy of your consideration. Instead focus on the three and four star reviews, see what they offer in terms of positives and buyer beware warnings. I didn’t think I’d give this piece a five star rating but it more than earned it. The packaging exceeded my expectations in every level: from the way the outer box absorbed the punishment to keep the contents protected in travel to the well though out manual with clear instructions, the labeled pieces and the separately bagged misc hardware needed for assembly. 10 out of 10. Bear in mind that the pricing and fantastic value includes the fact that YOU will be the one putting it together. Allow a couple of hours and start by inventorying the parts to make sure that all is there. To my surprise they also included a spare parts bag for the misc. hardware and you will benefit from a battery operated tool for the 24 hex screws (F) and the 60 small hex bolts (G) even though the instruction manual discourages the use of power tools. At a minimum a small ratchet for the 84 hex screws is recommended, I can’t imagine using the small allen hex key included with the packaging but it would be painfully doable. Highs: sturdy after assembly, holes in the back panels for cable management, nice non scratching angled feet with level adjustment, robot vacuum friendly height, looks great for the price. Lows: avoid liquids the wood chips will puff up if wet, not sure how it will stand the test of time but for what it offers it’s very hard to beat value wise. Update: couldn’t be happier. 10 out of 10 for what it is. 1/9/24

Great Purchase! Instructions were super clear, assembly was easy, and the stand looks great. It will take a while to assemble, so be prepared to spend some time putting it together. All that said, the end result is a beautiful stand. (77" Hisense U8 Pictured)
