Seem to be working.
There aren’t many 1-8 B vitamin complexes that appear to be of decent quality. After hearing about its gut benefits, I decided to try this product (I don’t mean the brand name). I felt an increase in energy after starting to use Surebounty. My only regret is that I didn’t take advantage of the 120-capsule version (2 60 capsules only last a month), which was slightly more expensive (It was hidden on the company’s product page). Unfortunately, the company decided to significantly increase its cost.

When purchasing B vitamins, it is important to get a B vitamin mix that contains B12 vitamins extracted by using methylcobalamin. The other method is cheaper and is absorbed less by the body. The method used by this B mix is the superior method. The capsules are a good size and are easy to swallow. The directions state to take two capsules a day, I take one. My reasoning for this is that my body flushes most of the B mix out anyway, so one pill is more than enough. Plus it makes it last longer. Also, if you are taking an iron pill like me, take it in the evening and take the B mix in the morning or vise versa as the two cancel each other out.

I like that this product has a good amount of B vitamins in it, but I do dislike having to take 2 capsules to achieve the advertised dosages. I also am not sure where these are manufactured, but I am guessing overseas considering some of the product description isn't written in good English. I'm not sure the product is that great to ask a $22 price for a 30-day supply.
