Fits me perfect. I use when I'm outside at night riding my bike, because I'm always wearing black outfits most of the time. My Dad recommended me this because I'm always wearing black.

Strong Reflection, Adjustable, and Comfortable
Strong reflection for working out or walking in the dark and stretchy so it can fit over a big jacket or a backpack. I live in the NE and when I realized I was walking home from work in pitch black along busy roads, I wanted something to help me stand out so I wouldn't get hit when crossing the street and these have been perfect. It bunches up to throw into my backpack and then I can just put it on and buckle it when I'm on my way home. I'm short and not thin and it works great for me. I think this would work for a teenager and a full grown adult male with the available adjustments. Plus it's comfortable and I hardly realize I've got anything on.
