Great value for this size chuck.
The VEVOR 6" 3-jaw chuck is a great value if you already have a backing plate which fits your lathe. I was able to get repeatable concentricity of about 0.002" on a 1/2 inch OD test rod at 2" from the chuck, after removing and reinserting it. I would recommend disassembling the chuck and cleaning out all of the grit left over from grinding during manufacturing. I would buy this again, assuming that I didn't get an especially good one this time!

Good heavy duty 3 jaw chuck.
This chuck is well built and works well. I installed it on my weld positioner device, and it works great.

Fine Product
This chuck is another fine product from Vevor. I purchased it to replace my older 6" 3 jaw chuck because I only had one set of jaws and was limited to holding my work pieces. The accuracy with the Vevor Chuck is good, and it is well built. This is probably the fourth chuck that I have purchased from Vevor, and all performed as expected.

Typical Chinese low grade product. I had to deburr every contact zone. The lubricant with which it came was black from fine particulates. After servicing, the gearing still feels horrible. You do not get what You pay for... Unless your intent is to buy chinese manure.

Bought lots of products from VEVOR and they are excellent quality for the right price. I just don't no how they do it. This 3 jaw 6" Self Centering lathe chuck is no exception. Quality made and smooth mechanism and great finish and accurate. I already have the 10" chuck / the 8" rotary table and many more and the quality is just the same so i've rated this 5 stars.
