As there are several nozzle hole diameters offered, which should i buy for my bestarc btc500dp 50 amp "gen 3" with the ag60p torch?

Yes there is smaller ones I think 30 instead of 45 which is standard. Also depends on what power your using 30 works better on 110.

Are these for drag tip or pilot arc ?

My CUT55 is a pilot arc machine and it uses the SG55 torch. These are the correct tips for it.
