Works well. Used this on a 5 hour flight. Holds my head up better than the traditional neck pillow. Others have said it was to weak, but this was not the case for me. Folds up nicely to fit into my backpack, not taking much room at all, which is a bonus as well. You can maneuver to each side as needed. The only small complaint I would have is it tends to get warm due to it being a flannel like material. Which is soft by the way. I would much rather be a little hot than have neck pain for the next few days. Other than that I would recommend this product.

So, I still want to take this with me on flights BUT I had to insert my own "cushions" into it for it to work. As it comes, its not supportive whatsoever. I happened to have a thin gel ice pack that fits perfectly in the neck pillow so, that plus some cardboard made it work. Yes. I had to insert cardboard. So, if you don't mind jury-rigging it then go for it. Otherwise, I would probably get the neck pillow this is knocking off.

This is the worst product ever. The internal structure broke before I could even try it on, because inside there is a very very cheap and thin piece of plastic. I should have listened to the bad reviews and skipped the buy. The price to send it back would have been about the same as just taking the loss, so it went directly into the trash. Too bad that this neck support travel pillow turned out to be a very poorly made product, because the idea is actually cool. I wanted to be happy with it, but its immediate breakage ruined it for me. To sum it up, this travel pillow is a good concept built with sub-par materials. I would not buy it again and I would not recommend it to anybody.

Yah, I forgot that I have a short neck--until I bought this product and had to give it away because it didn't fit my neck. If you're a ballerina with a nice long neck, then this product is for you!

Great purchase for a long flight. The only drawback is that the fleece gets very warm, so if you're a warm sleeper, be aware.

Just returned from a European cruise where I used this EVERYWHERE! On the plane. On a coach (bus). Waiting at the terminal gate in a chair! My wife was so jealous of my ability to nap anywhere! I even used it in conjunction with a Zeeeband sleeping mask to keep my mouth closed and prevent snoring! I bought one of the more expensive models for comparison and found it too stiff for my comfort, but if you have a big head (no judgment!) and need more support you should get one of the $25 jobs.
