Q: Can this be used in a concrete floor?

I don’t know why you couldn’t. The outside is just like the pex I used in my floor for radiant heat, but it is to expensive for radiant heat use. But if you are just using it for air and for getting compressed air from one side of your building to the other I think it would be no problem. Be sure and pressure it up before pouring your cement.

Q: What is the inside diameyer of this hose

I believe the 3/4” refers to the inside diameter. Overall diameter is larger obviously.

Q: will the Maxline fittings work with this tubing?

Yes, I believe that'd what I bought for replacement fittings
