This item is horrible doesn’t come with any directions. The only way it can be sent back is if I pay shipping costs I already paid 400 to get it here. When I got it put together it would start but when I gave it throttle it would die None of the plastic pops together like it is suppose this is a very low quality item would not recommend anyone to buy this I have the contact information of the people if yall need it

My front wheel does not work properly my front brakes neither the instruction manual don't tell you anything about it

The shipping company left it at the top of my driveway, which normally isn't an issue, except this time of year it was all icy and i have a long driveway. Poor planning on my part. The scooter itself was easy to assemble with a small amount of cheap tools. I recommend getting a cheap impact wrench, a large adjustable wrench, allen set, and a deep socket set, sizes 8mm to 19mm (all you need is 8,10,12, and 14mm for assembly but you want a 17mm for oil changes) Performance after just a day or two seems pretty good. Snappy and fast, running VERY LEAN though so be prepared to replace the carb asap to extend the engine life. Running lean can cause the engine to overheat on longer rides. Aside from the main headlight; The lights are DIM AS HELL, especially the turn signals and the rear brake light. The bulbs are small and i have yet to find the size as i'm not keen on taking apart the front plastics again. Speaking of which, the plastics may come warped, Mine did. Noting an hair dryer and some elbow grease can't fix but they pack the bike pretty dang tightly in the box. So be prepare to wrestle the plastic a bit on assembly. For me, with the help of one other person to help shape the plastics, assembly from delivery to fully assembled, was only about 4 hours... This can be halved if the plastics weren't so stubborn for me, but that may just be an issue with my specific shipment. Papers came with the box but the title was slightly water damaged, so I may need to get a reissue in the future. The bike came overfull with break-in oil, which is a good thing for break-in. The speedometer and odometer are WAY off. I recommend getting an aftermarket GPS-oriented speedo and odometer as i took the bike for an 11 mile ride after assembly and the odometer showed 25 miles by the end of the trip. The speedometer also was showing 70mph and the gps showed about 40-45mph. Definitely have someone adjust/replace the speedometer gears if you plan on using this as a daily driver. Aside from the speedometer, odometer, plastics, and dimmer than desired signals, I am decently happy with this. The scooter can handle 40mph up steep hills and after getting used to the slightly squishy suspension (i'm 205lbs and i pack 30lbs of luggage on bikes like this regularly), I can say this is a good alternative to paying 2-3000$ from a dealer. Yeah it doesn't have that dealer support, but it's rare to find a shop who even works on these scooters. Chances are, if you're reading this, you're looking for a cheap scooter which can get you to work and back while saving a buck on fuel. If that's your use case, get it. The internet guides on fixing these engine (which this one is equipped with a 1p57QMJ for those of you looking for model number), are plentiful, easy to follow, and doable for anyone who is even slightly mechanically inclined. Even if you're not, these engines are simple enough to learn on. Just beware that you're gonna go down a rabbit hole with these scooter engines. Hope this all helps!

Do not buy this is my second scooter wish I spent more and got a better one mine came with electrical issue and bolts falling out of the undercarriage wrote customer service and they basically said it's my pile of junk now they don't stand by their products

Speedometer doesn't work , all the bolts and other items already falling off! Not worth money
