Good solid board and looks nice.

when I got my wall cladding I thought yes they look very well padded around the edges ? like I say, so I thought, until yesterday when I opened them both and then realised both of them where damaged on the corners, it really stressed me out, and I had to re think the design of my bathroom after cutting 2 inches off one of the boards from top to bottom. and the other board had a split right up one side and 2 of the corners where broken one corner up to 8 inch up the board, and the top of that same board also had a corner split up to 3 inch, so yes I was very disappointed after all the prepping I did for t hem boards I ended up only doing half of my bathroom and tiling the rest. admittedly it was my choice not to send them back. I just wanted to get on and finish the bathroom, although I have still given 5 star for both easy to install, and they really are value for money, so please don't let me put you off buying the boards, and this review is in no means any disrespect to the supplier. ITS THE DELIVERY PEOPLE I PUT THE BLAME ON. on the 30/6/19 I placed another order for 2 more of these wall boards. and on the 2/7/19 I received a text message to say they would be delivered on that day 2/7/19 between 210pm/410pm so I got in my car and travelled 37 miles to where I was going to receive these wall boards and I was there for 145pm I had a cup of tea with the customer than had a chat about the next stage of her refurbishment, at 245pm a van pulled up a man came to the door with a box on his shoulder, i asked what was in the box, and he replied its a ( BED, ) YES A BED, ) he had all the paper work with him in his hand he said is miss xxxxxxxxxx in the house I said yes and I can tell you now that she hasn't ordered a BED. I told him I do the ordering through my account and I can also tell you that I haven't ordered a BED. he looked very confused and I really was pulling my hair out buy this time, I told him I had ordered 2 more wall boards and silver 10mm internal corner trim. and I guess buy now you have realised it was the same delivery man, what can I say other than a 74 mile round trip for nothing, I really am very upset about all this, and I really need to take it further,

Excellent panels, have used them before in my ensuite. However check that they are not damaged on delivery. Thankfully I didn't need full panels, 2 of the panels were damaged in 4 places on the edges. They are well packaged but they obviously got bashed in the back of the delivery van.

as advised the quality are good we cant complain much delivery was quick

i was a bit curious of if these did look like they did on the web page anyway they came well packed and on inspection was pleased with the panels they had a good sparkle.

Product is good if it arrives undamaged so it can be used to complete a project .Project was abandoned time wasted .

The "overall Rating" is in no way a reflection on the product, which is a Brilliant wall covering, The Whole purchase is let down by an extremely late delivery, & lack of communication from the seller, I'm unsure if the abhorrent delivery time is due solely to the carrier, or lack of preparation of the order, for the carrier to collect in the first place, If you do place an order, ensure you firstly order over the amount you require, & be prepared to wait.
