Excellent Air conditioner. Very good at cooling in Ahmedabad's peak summer. I am reviewing it after 20 months of usage. Easy to operate and installation was very efficiently done. It consumption of electricity is very good. Saves cost compared to my previous AC.

Please do not buy products from Amazon. My AC coil developed a leakage, due to which the gas got vaporized. When I contacted the Lloyd service center they asked me to pay for the repair even though my AC is still under warranty. When I requested them to cover the issue under warranty, they informed me that it would not be covered because the product was purchased from Amazon and according to them such purchases are not eligible. I am also trying to reach Amazon customer care but I have been unable to connect so far. Therefore, I would suggest not buying such products from Amazon. It is better to purchase from a local dealer or authorized shop so that warranty claims can be handled more smoothly.

The product is awesome, but the installation on 19th June 2025 was substandard. The technician lacked experience with copper pipes: the outdoor unit was fixed to the roof with no mounting required, the pipes had no bends to fix to the wall, and were flying with a space shuttle. On 27th June 2025, a gas leak occurred due to this faulty installation. Though Lloyd’s customer care responded promptly and fixed the leak the same day, the technician refilled gas without vacuuming a mandatory step. The AC now cools, but the repair was unprofessional. Note:Gas refills are free under warranty; otherwise, they cost ~₹3,000. I’ll share an updated review after 3 months.
