I bought this printer as an upgrade to my older Saturn 2 printer and it works quite well. I print mainly miniatures and the resolution is fantastic. I haven't had a failed print yet. The best feature for me is the wireless send to printer and saves a lot of time and effort using a usb stick. One problem to mention is that when using a Lychee slicer, my prints get mirrored and comes out backwards in the X axis. Now a big deal as the slicer has a function to mirror the file, you just need to remember to do this before printing. I believe that Lychee is working to fix this problem.

This thing prints easily right out of the box. Elegoo customer service is top of the line so rest assured if there are any issues they will help you. The Wi-Fi is pretty good at the moment I was able to send files with their slicer and chitubox with only one file having an issue on 6 prints so far. The build plate is nice and so is the fep film. This is the first printer I'm not going to get a flex plate for. Can't recommend this enough for anyone wanting to print bigger high quality prints!

Absolute waste of time and money. LCD screen went out within days. Amazon sent another and the LCD screen was already damaged before it was used.

Arrived packed well and promptly. Easy set up and off and running. It has performed very nicely. I picked up a second to increase print volume. It runs pretty quiet. At this price point and prime shipping it's hard to beat.

Printer won't accept files remotely, tech support takes 3-4 days to answer, then they ask the same question every other response - while taking 3-4 days between every response. I get a Network Error message, printer is connected, and I can see the status. They ask for a picture of the "broken Part" Good prints - worthless tech support

Great printer

I have the Mars 2 Pro, Saturn 2 8k and now this bad how. I love the laser etched plate, leveling feet and Wi-Fi capability. Literally all printers should have come with this for the past few years. Only had to level the plate once but I didn’t use the card stock. I level with the vat. New build plate attachment system is secure but could use a design change in how the bolts are placed. One bolt gets in the way of tightening another. The attachment for the built plate would also be better if it held the plate when turned at a right angle so it can drip drain.

Moving over from FDM printing was a bit challenging at first, especially with the amount of post processing needed, but once i figured it out my prints not only print 10 times faster, but also in a much higher quality. 10/10
