Q: Why is 1 usb a port red , as pictured and the other 2 usb a ports white, can you please explain the difference? thanks

Orange port is QC 3.0 port, white port is ordinary ports

Q: Can this be reversed, so that the power cord comes out from the right instead of left? thanks

The mount/clamping mechanism looks like its attached to the outlet assembly with four screws from the inside of the outlet assembly. I didn't want to take my outlet assembly apart to verify this, but if its only screws holding the mount to the outlets then it might be possible to reverse the mount to get the cable to be on the opposite side. (which also means the USB outlets would also get reversed). Sorry I can't be more positive about my answer but like I said, don't want to take my power strip apart to confirm if this is possible.
