I was really excited to use this product and ordered is specifically for the items that were not in the box. I can’t seem to find the customer service information to request they send a new one. Will update as time goes on. Other that that the products I’ve had worked well especially the heavy duty degreaser in my oven.

I ran out of bathroom cleaner so I used the heavy duty degreaser kitchen cleaner on our tub in our rental…. It got the thick dirty film off I always struggled to get off with so much ease. I normally have to scrub HARD and for a long time. Took 5 minutes tops today. Will be buying the bathroom line next!!

I love the truly free brand but ordered this bundle which shows dish soaps are included in the advertised picture and the description. The first delivery arrived missing a container and 2 packs of liquid soaps. A replacement was sent and also came without the dish and dishwasher soaps.
