Great stones for the money
They sharpened knives fast and were better quality than the ones that came with the Xarilk system ( you need to remove the guard to make them fit). I bought the Work Sharp 6" Ceramic also and got polished edges that were shaving Sharp quickly. I haven't bought ultra premium CBN resin bonded but these work great for me

Hand held option
I use these as hand held sharpening plates. Works well. I most enjoy using my hands when sharpening blades.

Good but verify plates
Good stones but make sure you received the right ones. Got nearly finished with sharpening, went to open the 800 grit and it was another 600 grit

great operation once assembled
The product arrived in three boxes and it took several days to assemble, but the instructions are good if followed closely- don’t try taking short cuts with these cables and wheels. Very pleased with the operation once it’s set up.

Genuine OEM sharpening scales for the Work Sharp Pro
Replacement sharpening scales for the outstanding Work Sharp Pro system. These are the real deal OEM, not counterfeit knockoffs. I’ve used all of the grit sizes and have come to prefer the 320, 400, and 600 and almost never feel the need to use others. As a result I try to keep extra of these on hand. Sort of future proofing myself in the (unlikely) event that Work Sharp ever discontinues this system.
