Great spice mix that I am using for my gluten free ramen noodles.

The right combo of umami and heat. Great product!

This tastes pretty good, and we have been ordering it for a fair bit. It can be used in a fair number of recipes and is great value for the money. Unfortunately, I don't think the ingredients show clearly everything that is inside of the packet, as one part is just labeled as "mixed seasoning powder," with no clarification on what this means. But besides this issue, we have been enjoying this product.

If spice and vibrant flavor is what you are looking for then this is your product! They give you a very large bag. So little of a scoop of it in your broth or boiling water packs such a punch. This will take your ramen, soups, and recipes to the next level!!

Waited months for shipping. Tasted like garbage. Smelled rotten. Never again.

But color me shocked when I get it and it's the one I always get lol. I'm not mad at it or anything. Should've looked at the reviews and photos people were posting bc I would've seen that it's the same thing. I like the seasoning a lot, but was just hoping for a different flavor to try out.
