This mixer is easy to use and does the job

The impeller ran out 0.030", and the chuck on the stirrer runs out 0.005", added together, the run out is substantial at the end of a 400 mm shaft. Unusable for laboratory work.

Fantastic Customer Service from this company.The overhead mixer is great, but I had a bit of an issue with it so I reached out to the OniLab customer service team by email.I was pretty much blown away at how responsive they were in helping me, as I did not expect this level of service on an Amazon purchase. Very sturdy base. I don't have to worry about it tipping over.

This ended up not working for me, but the product did exactly what it was supposed to and should work for applications smaller than what I was looking for. I needed a blade that was 7-10" wide and I couldn't find one anywhere that fit the circumference of this unit's chuck. It almost worked, but couldn't get all our mixture to flow with the size of the included blade.Highly recommended, I would gladly pay for a larger one if they made it. It's much smarter than the mixer we are using currently.
