I think this really does help with focus.
I have been taking this now for 5 days. Yesterday I noticed that I was very focused on the things I needed to do that I have been struggling with every day. I cleaned my house, did laundry, school work, and not once did I think I had to take a nap or got stuck doom scrolling or watching tv. Maybe it’s all in my head but for the cost of a bottle i think it’s worth it either way.

This supplement was helping my focus and energy in the morning. Had to stop taking due to the B12. I need methylated B12 and have bad reactions (migraines) to other types of B12. Trying to find a replacement with the same mushrooms.

It made me throw up
I just received my pills and took three of them as suggested and in less than 10 minutes I was violently throwing up! This product is garbage I don’t recommend it to anyone!! I would give it zero stars, but they made me click on one in order to send it. I still think the product is garbage beware.

Not for me
I should have purchased the powder focus formula that doesn’t have caffeine. This product had me waking up in the middle of the night wide awake for 2-3 hours. It was awful. As soon as I stopped taking it, I was sleeping through the night again.
