Great response good product
We've purchased the item, it came with a defect in one of the rotors, but we made the switch with amazon, and the new product was ok. The seller is really quick to answer any doubt or questions. The product itself is good in quality in relation to the price. Overall I recommend both the product and seller.

Great value for an easy-to-use and functional viscometer
The viscometer came in a sturdy hard case and was well packaged. The unit with stand was simple to assemble and can quickly be broken down to store in the case, which has foam inserts that are pre-cut to accommodate the unit. Startup and operation was simple, although the instructions are somewhat minimalist. As someone without prior experience with a rotary viscometer, I found that the NDJ-5s was easy to learn. The only issue that wasn't clear in the instructions and took some investigation through other sources was how to determine the proper insertion depth of the spindles, especially the #4 spindle. Once that issue was made clear, we were able to obtain reliable and consistent results.

I bought this for our testing lab because the cheapest option through our regular supplier cost more than 5 times as much. The instructions are a little difficult to understand because they've been translated from another language but operation of the machine is quick and easy.
