Decent doses of the ideal form of b vitamins

Excellent vitamin B supplement, excellent results

Rather high dose of methylated B vitamins. Started off slowly, taking it every four days or so, trying not to overload my system. Well balanced, hard for me to find in a multivitamin. Would and will buy again. Good for stress management.

I used these and noticed some more clarity and energy, but, like many of these types of pills, unless you use them for an extended period of time, it is really tough to gauge the efficacy of the product. I would guess that I would need to take these for several months before making a qualified review of the product. However, I did not notice any negative side-affects or impacts to how I felt or how I believed my brain was functioning, so I think they may be a viable product.

I don't know if it's a placebo effect or not, but I do seem to notice some benefit from taking these. The effect does not seem to wear off if I take these multiple days consecutively, meaning I don't see a degradation over several days as if I'm developing a tolerance. I do like that the recommended dose is 1 pill/day, rather than multiple pills at once, or spread throughout the day.
