First of all the bookcase built quality is very good. It is strong, sturdy and well designed. The spacing between shelves is tall enough to fit large, oversized books. This feature was the seller for us because we keep our daughter's graphic novels on it, they would not fit a standard size bookcase if one want them stored upright. The finish of all components is perfrct, no sharp edges or imperfections that could cut skin during assembly. Instructions are also easy to follow, similar to a known Swedish brand. No missing parts. Packaging is great also, very strong, yet Amazon delivery managed to damage it. However, response from Galano customer service was brilliant. Hussle free replacement arranged within short time. Simply the best, most polite and helpful customer service we had a pleasure to witness and deal with to this date. I highly recommend Galano products, you won't be disappointed.

firstly you build it your self and you will find that it is the sturdy well made and most of all it is the simplest to build you get clear plans and they are very easy to follow plus you get a really nice looking table i have 2 now and i am wating to get a third i have been building self assembly furniture for the last 40years and this is the best one so far mike mc nally if i have to say something a bit negative then it wood be the corners are quite sharp and thats about the only draw back

Easy to assemble. Nice looking piece of furniture.

The packaging alone deserved 5 stars. Clear easy to read instructions on how to assemble. All the screw holes etc matched up exactly. There were no nicks, scratches or other minor blemishes. The finished article is exceptional, looks expensive and very sturdy. One happy customer.
