C4A1m Digital Optical Cable - Quality Audio Lead for 5.1 Dolby Digital Sound etc

Ordered yesterday afternoon, arrived this morning, so was able to try it right away. Bit worried at the low price at £ 0.99 although the postage brings it up to about £ 2.00, also about the flexibility, as there is only 9 cm between the TV and the wall. However it fitted perpendicularly without trouble and without the need of a right-angle adaptor. Fitted easily into a Panasonic SC-HTB8 sound bar fitted to the wall just below the TV so 1 metre was long enough but it may not be if you had the sound bar on a horizontal surface or some distance away. Worked faultlessly first time and sound definitely improved. Because of the price and flexibility it probably is plastic fibre but I am fully satisfied.

Needed for my Samsung soundbar . Bit fiddly and does tend to pop out but hey, this was as cheap as chips so can’t complain as it does the job !
