These replacements brushes are the perfect size to get into the hard to reach places. My gum health has greatly improved since using this toothbrush. They clean the teeth well and are very durable. I have bought this product multi times!

Not sure why the smaller head costs more than the (larger) regular size, but it does. This size works well with my narrow mouth. What they say about changing them every 3 months is true; all of the motorized heads flare out a lot quicker than any manual brush I've ever had. I guess there's a price to be paid for convenience.
