I have been using this neck massager for a while and it works really well. The massage nodes are strong and help relieve tension in my neck and shoulders after a long day. After some time, the heating feature became dim. Since the Amazon return period had already expired I contacted the manufacturer. Their customer service was very helpful and they kindly sent me a replacement massager. The device is easy to use, the heat function makes the massage more relaxing, and the build quality feels solid and comfortable to wear. Overall it’s a good and affordable neck massager and I also had a positive experience with their customer support.

The AERLANG Shiatsu Back and Neck Massager is a really strong and effective massager. The kneading nodes give a deep tissue massage that works great on my neck, shoulders, and upper back. The heat feature is also nice and helps relax the muscles even more. The only thing I wish it had is a rechargeable battery since it has to stay plugged in while using it. That would make it more convenient. Overall, it works really well and gives a powerful massage, so I’m still giving it five stars. Great value if you want a strong massager for home use.

The product is amazing - portable, easy to use, hard pressure, but it completely pooped out after only 6 months…So the longevity is not great.

Surprisingly good for the price! Different-sized massage rotating nodes feel natural and powerful, works well on neck, shoulders, and back or anywhere needed. Heating is a nice bonus.

Works decently well. Good pressure and heat. Motors are a bit weak and really only seemed to work properly on the highest speed setting. However it was effective for relieving neck pain via heat and massage. Overall it's..."okay". You get the quality you pay for. The biggest issue I have with this massager is the synthetic mesh fabric on the massage area. It's extremely coarse and brittle. This can lead to skin agitation, sores, abrasions, and on one occasion a sliver of the material was embedded into the skin of my neck. The use of something like a t-shirt as a buffer layer was required to prevent those issues. I had to stop using the device entirely when the buffer t-shirt slipped out of the way and over the course of 10min the massager had rubbed my skin completely raw to the point of needing treatment If you just need something cheap then this item should be fine, but do be aware that the low price comes with some compromises. Just be careful when using

This massager is very good and easy to use. It helps my neck and shoulders feel much better after work. The massage is strong and the heat is nice and relaxing. I like that it feels comfortable and not cheap. It is not cordless, but for home use it is no problem for me. Overall, I am happy with this product and think it is worth buying.

I’m currently suffering from (what my doctor called) walking pneumonia and as a result of three weeks of a hacking cough, my back is so sore, you would have trouble believing how much damage a cough can do. I know that because whilst I was using this massager on my shoulders, I saw every time line of my own existence.
