This is a simple, no frills design. It seems solid, and after a few uses I suspect it will hold up long enough to justify its low price, though I'm curious how well the materials will hold up to dirt and moisture. There's no feature to get excited by,except for price. I've seen the exact item for sale on bulk liquidation websites, where you buy a carton of them for a few bucks each and then resell them for a few bucks more. They are designed with ease of manufacturing in mind. The Marketplace seller was trying to exhibit good customer service by following up, but did so too many times. I got like 3 emails from them.

excellent quality for a pocket tool. Very useful and well made with a good feel. Only shortcoming is the canvas pouch is cheap; after less than a dozen uses the belt loop came unraveled. Now I just drop it in my back pocket and carry on. Will probably buy more for Christmas present stocking stuffers as any gardener would appreciate them.

These started out working well and continued to do so. But I had some problems. The other tools were very hard to get out one at a time and the knife had a propensity to fold up under use, which is pretty dangerous. After about 5 weeks the belt strap on the pouch tore loose (it was frayed from the beginning) and a few weeks letter the whole thing broke in half when cutting a branch. This last problem I can only blame myself for, I suppose. I have pretty strong hands and was cutting a half inch branch and squeezing fairly hard. But it was disappointing nonetheless. If you have strong hands, hold back. I wouldn't advise cutting anything over 3/8" diameter and certainly nothing hard.

Wonderful to have on me, 5 stars for the tool. But 4 star rating because I had to order a new pouch because the one it came with fell apart after 4 days

The saw is loose, but I think it can be tightened up easily enough. Bought it for my sister, so I will have to fix it next time I see her. Otherwise, they seem to be a pretty good value for the price. I probably wouldn't use them as a main pair of garden shears (they aren't too ergonomic), but they seem like they would work great in a pinch.

I am assuming that this was a good gift I bought for my step-dad.

It is kind of heavy to carry around on your belt, but it comes in handy for small jobs.Not bad at all!

Every function works great! The only reason I didn't give five stars is that they're a little too big for my girl-sized hands to be comfortable to work with, so I gave them to my boyfriend who loves them.
