Growth Factor 9 is a great product but I would only recommend it if you are really committed from a diet and working out standpoint. I used this product during 1 cycle and was pretty inconsistent which led to not so great results. However, I did 1 cycle where I was very consistent and I saw an increase in muscle, fat loss, etc.

Just finished my first bottle after 24 days lost 13lbs down 2.6 Bf% and muscle definition and overall muscle gain is incredible. Taste like nothing if you take em with water.
