From my experience, this is a very good product. One detail worth mentioning is that it comes with two extra female sling-lock connectors, so it can be used directly with the original DJI RS3 Pro handle without requiring additional adapters. Everything fits securely and feels solid. That said, while it works well, I personally find the SmallRig handle provides better ergonomics and overall comfort during longer shoots. If usability and grip are a priority, that may be the better choice. But for compatibility and build quality, this product does the job very well.

Saying game changer sounds like it would be cliche, but for the cost of this strap and what it does...it really is a game changer. I video South Asian weddings for a work (Indian and Pakistani weddings along with Muslim weddings), so it can be hours of shooting poojas and other events. This strap really changed my workflow as before hand you would hold the gimbal for some dramatic shots, then put it down to check the other cameras before eventually picking up the gimbal again. Depending on where you put down the gimbal you might not be ready if all of sudden you need to run outside to cover a quick ceremony outside. This strap really makes it easy to have the gimbal on you at all times, and paired with the Ronin's R3 autolock feature, it's super nice and quick to put away and deploy. The material of the strap is great. The nylon is comfortable, the metal on the quick release is nice and smooth, and the build quality is outstanding. The only nit picky thing I would say is it would be nice if black was an option, as the gray is noticeable on our wedding day attire. It's far from horrible, it's gray so it's not jarring, but having a straight black stealth version of the strap would be outstanding. Installation of the strap is also very easy, as everything is provided for you. There is an attachment that connects to your battery so heads up there if you use multiple batteries, you will have to remove it every time unless you have a attachment for each battery. I use the newly released SmallRig wrist rest and it also has the QR port on it. Overall this product is a game changer, at least for me. I didn't want to wear one of those weird gimbal rest belts that make you look a little happy in the pants, so this was a wonderful alternative. SmallRig is always aware of delivering really good quality at a very reasonable price and this strap is in that ball park. It's very reasonably price and it's really good quality. Don't hesitate if you are looking at this, just buy it, it's worth it.

What can i say? after a long wedding day, it works amazing! Simple, strong and usefull! Full recommend it! I can rest a little more than just handling the big gimbal by my self... Keep in my that moving your shot with that it's a little unconfortable, so be carfull.

Heavy duty, adjustable and very versatile. I am able to fit this on my FeiyuTech Scorp Mini 2. The fit isn’t perfect but it is enough that I can sling the gimbal for carry around my neck or under my arm as its ability to fully connect to the handle adapter is enough to allow secure carrying. My biggest annoyance with this strap is the rosette ring on the handle adapter that is extremely hard to find anything to attach to it that is secure and stable for connecting a handle or anything. Standard rosettes at 30mm are too big as this will be in contact with less than 2mm with of the ridges around the circumference. I don’t feel that it is necessary for that to be on the adapter if it limits the ability to modify and personalized your configuration. I can only guess that there is some kind of contract that DJI has if they are marketing just for that compatibility? If not why not make sure it is compatible with other manufacturers parts? Removing the rosette doesn’t do very much either. The 1/4” screw hole it hides doesn’t seem to be able to hold anything too tightly with the 20cm hole. It still sits well enough on my feiyutech gimbal that I will keep it.

fits the dji rs4 perfectly, great quality, and its really easy to put on and to take off, and it feels very secure once it locks in place.

This is a really great product, especially for some run and gun stuff. It allows with a gimbal extension to hoist the gimbal on your waist and be able to get nice MOS interviews. Or even when you're working weddings to be able to safely set your camera down to adjust a bright dress. Buyer do beware though! I would highly recommend not running while using this and really do not trip :-) If hoisted in the right spot it's almost like a magnet to break your clavicle on your fall. Both me and the gimbal and even my camera have some battle scars after this weekend. Definitely something that's totally my fault and not at fault of the product but something to keep in mind for sure.

These straps are well made, comfortable, and pleasing to the eye. I have been using QD style camera straps that are in truth repurposed MagPul QD rifle slings for multiple years but these are the first that are both strong and functional but also looks good in any setting. I just wish SmallRig sold just the straps without DJI adapters for photographers like myself who use the QD attachment system. I guess the DJI adapters will go on a shelf somewhere.
