These lights come fully charged and ready to illuminate. They are very bright, do not face them as you turn on. There are numerous settings for different functions which are easy to cycle through. The bands are highly adjustable and should fit most heads. They are also light weight and I am anxious for long term testing.

They are light enough but have some weight on one side where the power button is. They are super bright, and you get a great deal for the price and quality. The battery life lasts long, and I have not noticed the power charge change since I bought it. I used it straight out of the box. We use them for our evening walks, and it makes me feel safer now that I can see people walking nearby and cars can see us when crossing streets. Be careful, though, because they are so bright that they irritate others' vision and should be dimmed down when cars pass not to blind the drivers. Oh also found that they have a sensor setting. So they may be in a certain setting where they turn off, but if something goes across in front of you, they turn on until the sensor doesn't sense anything or you turn them off. I'm going to buy some more for our emergency bags. I recommend these.

These lamps are very bright and when I do work on a vehicle, I have one on. The fact the battery is on the side is huge when laying on a creeper under a vehicle. Everywhere you look, there is light! The battery last quite while.

This a bright headlamp. I really like the different modes and the functionality of this headlamp. I've had quite a few people ask me where I bought it because they want one for themselves. My one & only complaint is the fit. I use this headlamp on my helmet/hard hat at work. The headlamp doesn't stay in place, it keeps rising up in the front (where the lights are) because there is nothing to secure it to the helmet unless I glue it, which I don't want to do. I would recommend this headlamp for your head but not for use with a helmet or hard hat.

Has a long initial battery life from factory. First one would'nt charge so i figured I just got a lemon. Second one charged once, now it Won’t charge! Obviously this is one of those products that you may or may not get a good one. With the warranty being so short I have no recourse except this writeup. If I could give no stars I would because thats what it deserves! What I want to know is why doesn't Amazon get rid of these companies and products that get bad reviews? Were at the mercy of both these companies were buying it from not doing anything about it and not backing up the product. If I were you I would not buy this product and if you do expect this will happen. From now on Im not buying any product from Amazon that has more than five bad "logical" sounding reviews with less than 100 people reviewing it. Very unhappy, getting tired of this and yes this isn't the first time!

The Smiling Shark LED headlamps are excellent for outdoor activities. The 230° wide-angle light is super bright, and the motion sensor makes hands-free use very convenient. A nosotros que nos gusta la montaña y las salidas nocturnas, estábamos buscando un frontal que pudiéramos llevar ambos y decidimos comprar este por que el pack era de 2. Al principio pensamos que eran iguales pero no nos dimos cuenta que son 2 diferentes. El primero tiene 3 posiciones de luz blanca de diferentes intensidades. El segundo tiene 3 posiciones de las cuales 1 es roja otra es naranja y luego esta la blanca. Alumbran mucho. Tendrás todos los bichos que le gusta la luz encima.
