My son loves these worry eaters. He uses them a lot and has assigned each one to take care of a different worry. His therapist now uses them, and many primary schools have started using them to help children express their feelings too.

Perfect for anxiety
Soft great toy that does the job. Within minutes of popping a worry into his mouth my son was a lot calmer. He loves showing it to others and it doubles up as a carry case for his toys. Was very impressed by the softness of it. Will be getting my daughter a worry monster when she's older.
