Mammals of Minnesota Field Guide (Mammal Identification Guides)

We found one of these books at a local gas station. It was an amazing book so I went looking for others and found 2 more. We are in love with these books! Love the colored photos and all the information!

A great book for discovering which animals are out in the woods around your yard very easy to understand and great photos!

Awesome book for all ages!

A great book for a my 5 year old who loves animals! He pages through it and even though he doesn't read yet, he loves the pictures.

No single wildlife guide can offer every detail one might want to research, but this little source comes quite close (for Mammals of MN). The photos & drawings are very helpful and there is generous detail about identification and general behavior. We have this at our cabin in northern MN and guests routinely sit down and just start reading it, cover to cover. I've purchased mamamml guides that have disappointed, but this one outshines them all.

Resource and pictures are excellent. Map may show prior area of habitat and not necessarily current range but the resource page explains it.

I very rarely leave reviews for items that I order. But i felt i needed to leave one for this little book. It is very informative & the details & pictures are amazing... My fiance and i are planning to move to Minnesota in the next couple of years, and this book just made us so excited to get there! Definetly worth it! You wont be disappointed!
