About two months ago I overheated a terrycloth therapy wrap that I'd had for years, and it was unusable afterwards. It was my favorite therapy wrap, and I wanted to replace it with another one that was similar because it worked so well. THIS IS THE WRAP!! It's soft and flexible -- just like the other one was! The hand warmer pockets are an added bonus. I'm so thankful to have found this wrap and would highly recommend it to anyone who has muscle stiffness in their neck, shoulders, back, and hands. It works great!

The scarf is a bit bulky, but the packets hold the heat well. The heat also lasts a long while. It works better as a scarf over a bed buddy because in any other position than upright, it becomes hard to keep in place,

I hate the ugly fabric and the Velcro has sharp corners that scratch

My wife uses this every day for relief of headaches and muscle pain. It works better for her than any of the other heaters. She has the lavender scented version and she finds that very soothing..

Too bulky for smaller people... smells good though!
