Didn't work. Unreliable service.
I was never able to get it to work. I could never hear anything I tried to play. There was no good troubleshooting available. I tried calling tech support, left a message and never heard back. When you spend over $500 on something like this, you should be able to expect better customer service. Too bad, it seemed like a nice device. I really wanted to keep it

Great turntable!
This record player really surprised me. I previously had a Pro Ject Debut Carbon with a Ortofon Blue cartridge that recently stopped working so I got this instead because of the Bluetooth connectivity features and because the new pro Jects do not have the same cartridge for an easy swap to my Blue. After I swapped the ortofon red cartridge to the ortofon blue and gave this turntable a run through my audio tester LP, I was pleasantly surprised by the low turntable rumble. The motor on this turntable is surprisingly quiet. The carbon tonearm looks really nice and definitely provides me with the same satisfaction of my previous pro Ject debut carbon as well. One thing to note upon setting up- I need to realign the cartridge because it was slightly off. Other than that, setup was super easy and straight forward. Pretty happy with this turntable and I think it will be great to be able to connect via Bluetooth to other speakers I have in my house. This is a huge step in the right direction for victrola

May sound nice at first, but it is fraught with issues
Nice design and promising specs, but performance has been disappointing. Speed consistency is poor and noticeably unstable, which affects playback quality. I was also never able to successfully connect the turntable via Bluetooth despite multiple attempts. Overall build looks good and the included cartridge is solid, but the technical issues significantly limit usability.

Arrived Dead ~ Had to return thanks to Amazon Customer Service
I was in my storage facility and found a bunch of my old Vinyl and started to check out Sonos ready units. I recently purchased a Sonos Move 2 and it’s Awesome but that’s another review. Let’s get to this purchase. We’ll this unit arrived quickly from Amazon, very nice looking and easy set up with Promising reviews. I was excited to get playing my new Victrola. First thing I noticed was the price ($400) dropped 25%, ok I thought, I’m sure I can get a credit. This did concern me though. Next, the very easy set up Was Not !! I went through a lot until I realized this thing will not emit any sound. Everything worked except no sound output at all. My solution, call Amazon Customer Service and return for a refund. To see the results of my replacement go to my 5 Star review of the Victrola Carbon Stream - twice the money and 5 times better than this unit

Great Turntable
Beautiful turntable. The set up was too easy. The sound is very clean. Crisp clean highs. Since I listen to mainly classical music, the bass is more than enough. I’m not looking for anything boomy. I have it connected to Denon AVR-S750H and Paradigm Monitor 7 Tower speakers. The turntable also sounds good with Bluetooth speakers. Automatically switches between wired speakers and Bluetooth. Very satisfied and highly recommend for the price point.

Arrived defective
This turn table looked beautiful but would not play any records correctly. It would speed up and slow down while playing any record. I did some research on the internet and it was suggested that the belt may be the problem. I wasn't about to order another belt for this was a brand new turn table. I returned it and bought an audio-technica direct drive turn table and I couldn't be happier. It was also less expensive!

Sleek, good entry level, checks all the boxes. Not perfect
I got the non-Sonos, $300 version of this turntable. It connects via RCA or bluetooth pairing, wireless is easy to set up and I like playing records to my headphones. I would do RCA still though because it has the grounding wires in the included cables, and I’ve used that to also output it to my surround sound system. It has a manual tonearm that can also automatically spin the record as you pull it close to the edge, and auto stops spinning at the center. Most settings are switched on the back. It does not automatically raise and lower the tonearm, there is a cue to lower it slowly, more on that towards the end. It is a carbon fiber arm. The turntable is easy to set up, will be a bit finicky until you get it balanced correctly and anti-skate applied (I do about 1/2 of the way). It comes with Ortofon Red stylus (needle), a very good and reliable budget-oriented option. The needle cartridge is typically the most expensive single part, and directly correlates to the sound quality. A good future upgrade would be Ortofon Blue Stylus cartridge (solid diamond stylus, $150-200). I will do so once this has built some sentimental value for me. The buttons and switches are solid, the body and turntable is made mostly of metal, almost no plastic on the outside that you touch. The feel and sleek look is really nice goes with almost any setup modern. It is decently heavy for its size. The table spins well for 33s & 45s and can take some resistance (cleaning records while they spin), but I would not beat up the motor. The tonearm is light and forgiving, sensitive to light touch but also a bit flexible and strong, carbon fiber. Very well balanced if you put the counterweight just a tad over the outermost marker, for mine at least, no major fiddling necessary. The main issue I did notice after I received it, the tonearm’s guard (cue) that you can use to lower the stylus more carefully—The guard itself was sticky, after releasing the lever as normal (cue lever), the guard remained up, keeping the arm hovering too high above the record. I suspect during shipping, the frigid winter temps thickened up whatever lube is in there. After it warmed up for a few days in my house, and I manually pushed it down and up a few times, now it lowers without much fuss. I don’t usually use the cue though unless it’s a brand new vinyl, so not a big deal imo. But most beginners will want to start by using the cue to lower the arm until you get a feel for it. I’ll consider returning if it continues to have an issue there or gets worse. Will follow up on the review if any future reliability issues occur. Otherwise I love it.

This is NOT SONOS stream upnp model!
