My boys love these. Good flavor and give them the iron they need. The only con is to what what time of year you purchase. If too hot, the gummies will melt.

My 2 year old got her iron levels checked at the WIC office and they were a little low, so I bought these Iron gummies and she would take them every other day about, while eating at least one meal with meat (which very hard to do when she refuses to eat stuff with iron every day). So the gummies were reassuring to make sure she was getting a little extra iron in her diet. And they smell good. She likes their taste. Definitely worth the money. She chewed them well for swallowing safely. She likes taking them. And after a month of taking them, her next WIC appointment found her iron levels to be normal.

Kids like the taste of the vitamins.

If your child does not like red meat or breakfast cereal they can run low on iron. These gummies provide about 20% of the RDA of iron for kids. Compare that to a serving of Multigrain Cheerios which provides 100%. The flavor of these gummies is a bit metallic. My four year old did not notice, but my nine year old was more discerning and did not like them. I have also been taking two of them each day and find it more pleasant to swallow them whole, though the taste is not that bad. The texture is a nice gummy texture, not too soft, not too hard. They do stick to your teeth. Not sure if that could cause staining as I do know that liquid iron supplements can. I have not noticed any constipation with these probably due to the lower iron content.

My picky 5 year old likes them. Good balance between acceptable flavor and amount of iron. They don't stick together like other brands.

My 2 year old baby girl has an iron defficieny on her 1 1/2 year check up. Her daughter prescribed her the vitamin but hated it. It also gave her a stain on her teeth so I stopped giving it to her, I tried so many vitamins but never worked. She barely eats, especially meat. She’ll only eat fruits rice and something soup but I want her to eat meat also!! So I just got this amazing vitamin gummies — I made her try one right away, the first gummies she threw it out but asked for another one! I was monitoring her if she’s gonna throw it out again but shockingly she ate them and asked for another one!!! So I gave her two just now. She been begging me to ask more!!! I’m LITERALLY the happiest momma! I’ll update here again after her appointment on March and we’ll see what’s going on with the result on her bloodwork. <3
