Best lactose free product on the market
I have used this product for at least 15 years. It is the best of the non lactose dairy products on the market. Excellent value per ounce. Hard to tell the difference between it and a dairy product.

Packages Broken Open and Unusable
This comes with 6 bags. 1 arrived broken open and spilled all over the box making it unusable. Tried to return/exchange and it's not eligible. The other 5 bags are fine and mix/taste as expected.

We use this in our commercial grade soft serve machine in a restaurant. Would not recommend the LOW FAT version of this product as we have had issues with the mixture not being of the right consistency when it come out of the machine. Its too runny and soft. Our customers have complained that it melts right away.
